12) What was interesting about New Horizon’s information about Pluto? 2015 NASA’s New Horizons spacecraft arrived at Pluto after travelling for nine years and a total distance of 4.6 billion miles. Data sent to the Earth showed that Pluto is fifty miles larger than was first thought.

YOUR OPINION
After reading this information...

  1. Who do you think made the biggest contribution to our understanding of space? Isaac Newton and Galileo Galilei Why? Isaac newton Because he outlined his three laws of motion and described the motion of the Sun and planets. And Galileo Galilei invented a telescope that can see some other planets.

    2) What do you think was the most important machine or  invention in helping
us investigate space? Telescopes and probes Why? Because if galileo didn’t invent a telescope and if we didn’t have any probes we wouldn't know much about space.

    3) What would you like to investigate about space? Mars Why? To find out about if it ever had life or if it ever will have life and if we could ever get water back on mars if it did have water on it.

Rendered Image
Morta is a giant pōwhatu (Stone/Rock) planet a little bit bigger than Saturn. It is orbiting around a star about the size of our sun.
It is far from the star so there are 4 tiny suns around the planet. Because of this there is no day and night on Morta. There are only 2 planets in the solar system Zoo Tropic and Morta. Zoo Tropic is closest to the sun. The storms on this planet are not as bad as the Earth ones because of the technology they have. On the technology you can’t download any games because people know how bad they are for you. There is a space shuttle from Morta to Zoo tropic.

From Earth it takes a year to get there in a super fast rocket because it is in a solar system close to ours outside of the Oort cloud. In morta the life looks cute and fluffy but actually the life is very deadly unless you tame them. The animals names are Canla, ponla, unluurlo, pundo, yungoeand tini. The fluffiest ones are curlo and pundo. The water tastes like Tropical Flavoured Juice but if you heat it it tastes like water and of course you can cool it down. Sometimes you can find bouncy grass bouncier than a twelve foot trampoline. The grass feels smooth and prickles don’t prick. If you have sore feet you can put them in karaehe and they will feel better because the karaehe (Grass) lets off some chemicals that can help with pain. The bouncy karaehe doesn’t help at all with sore feet. All you eat is delicious juicy fruit which is very filling.
